Room Reservations and Payments:
A one night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 3 days or less. A 50% deposit is required for stays of 4 days or longer. Balance is due at time of departure. Room cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Room cancellations made 3 days or less or "No Shows" will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Fishing charters require a 50% deposit, which is forfeited if cancellation is made 7 days or less. Cancellations by the Captain will refund the entire deposit. Florida sales tax, Monroe County bed tax, and gratuities are not included in the prices.

Policies:
All rooms are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets. Rates are subject to 11.5% in sales and tourism taxes. Dove Creek Lodge is happy to accept cash, Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, or U.S. Traveler's Checks. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only. Rates are based on up to 2 guests for Lodge Rooms, up to 3 guests for One Bedroom Suites (4th adult guest is an additional $50), up to 4 guests for Two Bedroom Suites (5th or 6th adult guest each are an additonal $50), and up to 6 guests for Luxury Suites. No rollaway beds nor cribs are available. Special deposit/cancellation requirements and minimum stays are imposed for holidays and special events. Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am.
